CLARIVA HOME — SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeline We deliver across India in 3-5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid orders (UPI/Card/Netbanking): FREE shipping
- Cash on Delivery orders: ₹0 convenience fee applicable
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. You can use this to track your order in real time.
Cash on Delivery COD is available on all orders across India. A convenience fee is ₹0 is for COD orders. We recommend prepaid payment for faster processing and free shipping.
Failed Delivery If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Wrong Product If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clarivahome01@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will resolve it promptly.
Important Note Clariva currently ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
